Yes. We understand that production schedules depend on reliable collection times. We aim to arrive at the agreed time and communicate immediately if traffic or circumstances cause a delay. Where wrap times are flexible, we work directly with the production team to coordinate collection. Our policy is to be on site within 2 hours of the booked time.
Yes. We separate collected waste into dedicated waste streams wherever possible. To maximise recycling rates, recyclable waste should be kept free from food and liquids, as contaminated loads may be rejected by recycling facilities.
We aim to keep our pricing completely transparent. All quoted prices are subject to VAT unless stated otherwise. Costs directly linked to your collection, such as parking, tolls, congestion or emission-zone charges, may be added where they apply. Should there be much more waste on site than quoted, the price will reflect that.
Cancellations made after the driver has prepared to depart, or has set off, are charged at 50% of the quoted collection price. If we arrive but can’t collect for reasons within your control, the full agreed charge normally applies. Waiting charges may apply if we’re held up waiting for access, keys or security, and we’ll let you know before significant waiting charges build up.
We operate across London and the surrounding areas, including locations outside the M25. We can also travel further across the UK when required. Just send us the location and we’ll confirm availability and any additional mileage costs.
Yes. We understand plans can change quickly, so we always do our best to accommodate same-day and last-minute requests. Subject to availability, we can often have a vehicle with you at short notice.
Yes. Sending clear photographs or a short video is usually the quickest way for us to understand the size and type of collection and provide an accurate quote. Please include all the waste that needs removing, along with any relevant access information such as stairs, restricted entrances or long carrying distances. If the amount changes before collection, let us know so we can send the appropriate vehicle.
The customer is responsible for providing suitable and legal parking as close to the collection point as possible. Please tell us in advance about parking restrictions, loading bays, permits, height restrictions or difficult access. Any parking, congestion or other location-specific charges will be added to the agreed price where applicable.
Yes! Should you need a detailed waste report, we are happy to provide one at no extra cost. It includes the number of bags and approximate weight collected, so your production can see how it performed on the recycling front. The report also includes a summary with an estimated carbon impact should you need one.
Absolutely. We can support anything from a single collection to large projects requiring multiple vehicles, collections and waste streams. For ongoing work, we can arrange regular collections around your schedule and adapt as the project develops.
Not at all. While we specialise in film, TV and commercial productions, our services are available to everyone. We work with businesses, events, construction sites and private customers across London and beyond.
Our 4x4 fleet can transport a wide range of production trailers and towable equipment. Capacity depends on the weight and specifications of the individual unit, so send us the equipment details and we’ll confirm the appropriate vehicle.
