BUILDERS’ WASTE REMOVAL

Keep the site clear and the crew on the build.

Construction moves fast, and so does the mess. Rubble, timber, plasterboard and packaging pile up quickly, slow the job down and get in the way of the next trade. We collect it, load it and take it away, so your team can stay focused on the build.

London sites rarely have room for a skip, and a skip on the road needs a council permit. Our caged vans pull up, load and leave, which suits terraced streets, flats, shop fit-outs and tight sites where every metre counts.

We separate materials as we load. Timber, metal and cardboard are recycled where possible, plasterboard is kept apart from general waste as the rules require, and the rest goes to licensed facilities.

WHAT WE CLEAR

From strip-outs to final clean-ups.

Construction waste collection for builders, renovators, developers and homeowners with a project on.

  • Rubble, brick and concrete

Heavy hardcore, bagged or loose, loaded by hand where machines can’t reach.

  • Timber and offcuts

Joists, boards, pallets and offcuts, recycled wherever possible.

  • Plasterboard

Kept separate from other waste, as the regulations require.

  • Kitchen and bathroom strip-outs

Old units, worktops, sanitaryware, tiles and fittings.

  • Flooring and doors

Old carpet, laminate, floorboards, doors and frames.

  • Renovation waste

Mixed waste from extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments.

  • Packaging and site waste

Cardboard, wrap and general waste from deliveries and fit-outs.

  • End-of-job clean-ups

The last clear-out before handover, so the site is ready for the client.

NO SKIP NEEDED

Builders’ waste gone, without the skip.

A skip takes up space, needs a permit if it sits on the road, and still has to be filled by your team. With us the loading is included: we pull up, clear the waste and leave, with nothing left outside overnight.

Our caged vans carry far more than they look like they should, often more than a tipper trailer, so bigger clearances need fewer trips.

  • No skip hire or permit
  • Loading included
  • Hand-loaded where access is tight

SITE COLLECTIONS

One-off clear-outs or regular collections.

We work with builders, renovators and homeowners on everything from a single bathroom strip-out to regular collections across a longer project. Book us at the end of each phase, after a strip-out or before the finishing trades arrive, and we’ll plan around your programme.

Heavy materials like rubble, concrete and soil are priced differently from mixed waste, because a van can reach its legal weight limit before it’s full. Tell us what’s in the load and we’ll quote accordingly.

  • Planned around your programme
  • Heavy materials quoted properly
  • Recyclables separated as we load
HOW IT WORKS

Your site cleared in three steps.

  1. Step 1: Show us the waste

Send photos and the site address on WhatsApp, and tell us if there’s rubble or plasterboard in the mix.

  2. Step 2: Book a slot

Pick a time that fits your site programme, as a one-off or on a regular schedule.

  3. Step 3: Site cleared

We load everything, keep recyclables and plasterboard separate, and leave the site clear.
