Do I need to bring everything outside?

No. We collect from inside your home, garage, loft or garden. Just let us know about stairs, lifts and parking so we can plan the job.

Can you clear a whole house?

Yes. We clear whole houses and flats after moves, sales and bereavements, as well as single rooms, garages and lofts. Usable items are passed on for reuse where possible.

Can you take mattresses and sofas?

Yes. Sofas, armchairs, mattresses, beds, wardrobes and other bulky items are collected and taken to facilities that can process them.

What household waste can’t you take?

We don’t take hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals, solvents, paint, oils, gas bottles or clinical waste unless it has been agreed beforehand. If you’re unsure about something, send a photo and ask.

Is household waste recycled?

We separate, recycle and reuse wherever possible, and what can’t be recycled goes to licensed facilities. Our recycling page explains how we handle each waste stream.

We collect from inside your home, not just the kerb, so there’s no dragging sofas down the stairs or leaving bags on the pavement for days. There’s no skip to hire, no permit to apply for and no waiting weeks for a council bulky waste slot.

Furniture that still has life in it is passed on for reuse where we can, and the rest is separated for recycling before anything goes to licensed facilities. We’re a registered waste carrier (CBDU425022), so your rubbish is handled legally from your door onwards.

Council bulky waste collections can be limited, often come with a wait, and usually mean leaving items out on the kerb. We collect at a time that suits you and carry sofas, mattresses and wardrobes straight out of the room they’re in.

Our standard minimum collection charge is £80 and a whole caged van starts at £350. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the price before we come.
