Warehouse clearance in progress at a London commercial unit

Warehouse, studio& office clearance.

When a whole space needs emptying, whether it’s a warehouse unit, a studio stage or an office floor, we bring the caged vans and the people to clear it, sorting for recycling as we go.

LARGE SPACE CLEARANCES

Big spaces need a plan, not just a van.

Clearing a warehouse, studio or office is a different job from a household collection. There’s more of everything, it has to fit around leases, landlords and the next tenant, and the business often needs to keep running while it happens.

We start by understanding what’s there and what has to stay. Then we plan the loads, bring the vans the job needs and work through the space section by section. Cardboard, pallets, timber and metal are separated for recycling, and furniture that’s still useful is passed on rather than scrapped.

Because we started out clearing film sets, we’re used to hard deadlines and handovers. If the keys go back on Friday, we plan backwards from Friday.

WHAT WE CLEAR

Commercial clearances, start to finish.

Commercial waste removal for businesses, landlords and productions across London.

  • Warehouse clearance

Pallets, racking waste, packaging and old stock cleared from units and storage spaces.

  • Office clearance

Desks, chairs, filing cabinets, partitions and general office waste.

  • Studio clearance

Film, TV and photo studios: sets, flats, backdrops and props struck and removed.

  • Shop and retail clearance

Shop fittings, display units and stock cleared at the end of a lease or before a refit.

  • Cardboard and packaging

Large volumes of cardboard flattened and taken for recycling.

  • Pallets and timber

Broken and surplus pallets, crates and timber offcuts.

  • Old stock and returns

Unsellable stock and returns cleared out of storage.

  • End-of-lease clear-outs

Units handed back empty and swept, ready for the final inspection.

WAREHOUSE CLEARANCE

Pallets, packaging and stock, cleared at scale.

Warehouses fill up quietly: broken pallets in one corner, returns in another, cardboard everywhere else. We clear the lot, stacking pallets and timber high in the cage and taking cardboard separately so it can be recycled.

For large units we plan several loads and work through the space in sections, so your team can keep using the part that’s still operational.

  • Multiple loads planned in one visit
  • Cardboard and timber recycled
  • Work around live operations

OFFICE & STUDIO CLEARANCE

Handed back empty, on the day you need it.

Office moves and studio turnarounds run to hard deadlines. We clear furniture, equipment and general waste in the evening or at weekends when that suits the building, and leave the floor ready for the next tenant or the next production.

Studio clearances are where we started. Sets, flats, backdrops and props are struck and loaded quickly and quietly, day or night, so the stage is ready for the next shoot.

  • Evening and weekend clearances
  • Furniture reused where possible
  • Stages cleared between productions
HOW IT WORKS

Your space cleared in three steps.

  1. Step 1: Walk us through it

Send photos or a quick video of the space, plus your hand-back date.

  2. Step 2: We plan the loads

We agree the date, how many vans it needs and anything that has to stay behind.

  3. Step 3: Space cleared

We clear it, sort the recycling and leave the space empty and ready to hand back.

“Take Me Elsewhere is my go-to for waste! I have seen the company grow, and not surprisingly given the level of service Matt and his team provide. It’s rare to find a company that’s both dependable and genuinely cares about doing a good job!”
