Kennington has some of the oldest housing near our yard: Georgian terraces around Kennington Park and Cleaver Square, Victorian mansion blocks along Kennington Road, and post-war estates towards the Oval. Many homes here have original stairs, narrow halls and listed details, so we take our time getting things out.
